To be read & signed by the Student and Parent/Guardian. 

1. I, hereby, declare that, the entries made by me in the Application Form are complete and true to the best of my knowledge and based on records. 

2. I, hereby, promise to abide by the admissible rules and regulations concerning discipline, attendance, etc. of the Institute, and also to follow the Code of conduct prescribed, as in force from time to time and subsequent changes/modifications made there of.  3. I acknowledge that, the Institute has the authority for taking punitive actions against me for my involvement in any kind of undesirable / Indisciplinary activities and management has the authority to take action against the same.  4. I further declare that my admission may be cancelled, at any stage, if I am found ineligible and/or the information provided by me is found to be incorrect.  5. I understand I cannot claim for any kind of Refund to the fees paid to the institute which includes even the application fee.  6. The Fee structure and the installment break ups are clear as per my communication and I abide to follow the same.  7.Course certificate will be issued to the students who have successfully completed the course, have passed in the final exams, submitted the portfolio and have got clearance from the SME and the library.  8.All examination forms shall be duly submitted as and when informed and examination fees shall be paid as per the rules of the institute.  9.If the Examination body discontinues the course offered or de-recognizes the institute without prior notification or any other reason which is beyond the institution's control, the students admitted to those courses will be given the Bonfire Institute of design certification.  10. All disputes are subject to Hyderabad, Telangana State Jurisdiction only. If the fee is not paid as per the commitment date, LATE FEE FINE will be imposed @1% everyday from the lapse date of fee commitment date. After 15 days of lapse days, student will be barred from the class.
